On Tuesday June 30th, 2009 I noticed that there were some unauthorized charges on my account Dated:

This made me question just how long this had been going on so through further viewing my statements I also notice other unauthorized charges to my account with Dates of:

3. 5/1/2009 Healthy Berry which I have previously disputed $79.99
4. 5/1/2009 Healthy Berry which I have previously disputed $6.95
5. 4/14/2009 DJM LIFESTYLEFIT.COM $29.95
6. 4/14/2009 DJM LIFESTYLEFIT.COM $1.17
7. 4/10/2009 Inclinecs.com $79.99
