I ordered a 1year sub to Nat Geographic as a gift to my grand daughter back on Dec16 2007, (yea thats right, 7 months ago!!) from this bunch of wasters. Ive canceled the order several times by email after getting absolutely nowhere with them. They just want to fob you off with pathetic excuses. One joker even said I couldn't get a refund UNTIL the subscription started (DUH!!!) and then I could cancel. He said they couldn't refund me as they had sent the payment to the publishers for processing. THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ARE OPERATING A SCAM, OR AT VERY LEAST A CRAPPY BUSINESS.
I suggest that if you want to subscribe to your favorite magazine you do it through your local newsagent and not give the business to this bunch of pancake specialists (thats `tossers` to you and me). i wish I`d done that.
