The Manhattan School on W. 52nd between 8th and 9th Ave. The back of the school is on 53rd Street and the janitors throw the schools trash out on the sidewalk. On some days the trash is not picked up and they ALWAYS have some bags that are open and spilling food and trash out onto the sidewalk.

We are trying to clean W. 53rd up with new landscaping, a new building and three nice apt. building and a church on that block. but between Papasitos Restaurant on W. 53rd and the Manhattans Schools putting their trash out the way they do. Its horrible.
