The students at this school are extremely rowdy and rude. They are constantly loitering on the sidewalk and blocking pedestrian traffic. They are out there shouting, screaming, cursing, spitting and sometimes fighting all while the teachers and the security guards stand there and talk amongst themselves and do nothing.

Just today, while in the chinese takeout place around the corner on 8th Ave., a bunch of student were in there talking very loudly, cursing and spitting.
