I am the owner of townhouse #128 at the gardens complex, my property was
damaged by all seasons roofing when repairs were being made. I immediately
reported the issue by phone to quiana carrol at the manor association(my
HOA), the next day she arrived to see the damage personally, and assured me
the issue was being taken care of. After months of nothing, I contacted
brian, the president of the Manor Association, and was told that instead of
sending the claim to all seasons roofing like several other claims, he was
putting the issue before my board of directors at the gardens. I was told I
would have a chance to speak about my case. I never recieved notice, and the
meeting was held without me. This is not the first time the Manor
Association has neglected its duties as a corporation.
