due to negligece of the employee of the mobile store by copying my fathers name instead of my name from the pan card i did not get my IMEI no of my china mobile despite giving the cell phone in give time by the govt. Your employee had assured me that i will get back my money (rs 200.00) through cheque but till date no reply.. KIndly act on priority and refund my money with interest or I will be forced to lodge an FIR with local police and even consumer guidance society..
