I observed during my last visit to the Hyundai service station (Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon, Haryana) that tyres of the car is the only area that seem to be a cause of concern and I am wondering if I can get any help to straighten that out. My car generally runs on absolute flawless roads of Delhi & NCR and in such area the expected life of a car tyre is minimum 40000-45000 KM. However, to the utmost surprise of the service engineer at your service station these tyres seem to have given up completely only in a run of a less than 20000 KM. As per the engineer these tryes (Goodyear) are of inferior quality and this is the only brand that gives up so soon.
I can confirm that this car has not been serviced till date by anyone else apart from authorized service center and I had taken utmoset care to ensure there is no external damage to anything.

I had written multiple emails to the company and have also called to the customer care center numerous times but nothing works.
