We purchased 2 birds, a Baraband and a Jenday Conure from Jonathan Pitsenbarger and Jen Klosowski AKA The Pampered Parrot/Jbirds Aviar. We were never supplied with any kind of paperwork on these birds ever. No health cert, birth papers, warranty, NOTHING. The Jenday died within 20 days. We were promised that this bird would be replaced under warranty. It never happened. The bird was never replaced, and we never received a refund either.
