This is a monthly publication, sent by 1st Class mail. Until October 2008 it had been taking WEEKS for the publication to arrive. Now there has been NO delivery since October 2008. I know that issues have been mailed but they have not gotten to Palmer Lake, CO 80133-0994. The local P.O. folks have not received the newsletter; I have asked and they are aware of the publication.
Need assistance it determining why the service is (a) so slow for a 1st class item, (b) how to fix that problem, and finally (c) where are the missing issues.
