This below par restaurant with poor customer service provides catering services for werddings, coperate events etc. within the greater Rochester, NY area. The initial meeting with the owner (Allison) went very well. After discussing our menue and requests, she assured us this was not a problem. Prices were outlined, and budgets were agreed upon and a substantial down payment was provided to her. This is where things quickly went aray. Once our deposit was cashed, our phone calls and emails went unanswered. At this point, we realized we chose the wrong caterer. Finally, less then 24 hours before our event, we were informed by the owner (Allison) that a thousand dollars in additional expenses or the company would not cater our event the following day. My advise: Stay away, these people are con artists and frauds. After our event, I learned form other local victims this was not the first time they have extorted money and ripped people off.
