Horrible Customer Service
One of the personal trainers is extremely rude. This girl is unfriendly, extremely unprofessional and emotionally unstable. My husband and I were working out and she would go out of her way to walk by me various times and actually hit me with her shoulder. Once, we were working out and she got right in my face and yelled. I believe her name is Sarah, I don't know for sure because I don't even know this person. However she appears to be extremely unstable, insecure and again, I cannot express how very, very unprofessional she it. When I proceeded to express my concerns to the manager there, he came across as I was making this up and got very defensive, rather than address my concerns (as the customer). I was very unimpressed. He told me if I wanted to complain, I needed to come in when he wasn't busy and look at video footage with him. WOW. That was a dissapointment, and a terrible way to address a customer complaint. This person obviously wasn't hired for their management skills. I work for a large organization in the area and I am also in the Army Reserve, I really advise people to go to alternate facilities because I don't want to expose my co-workers to such terrible, careless service in a facility that they will feel uncomfortable. If you are looking for a work out facility in the area, I highly suggest you look at other facilities. Best Regards, a working professional and combat veteran

Contract Form Filled Out A Year Longer Than Requested
On November 11, 2009 my husband and I came into the 8845 Kingston Pike Rush Fitness Complex to add me onto his account. Sara helped us fill out the paperwork at which time we specified that my contract should terminate at the same time my husband’s ended (December 2010). When he changed payment method we found out that I am actually signed up for a year longer than we had specified. My contract should terminate on 12/17/10, however, she put it in as a 24 month contract. I spoke with Joshua Kennedy who brashly told me that Sara was no longer employed with them and that there was nothing he could do. When I tried to find out what could be done, he told me to contact the corporate offices and hung up the phone. I have sent 2 emails to enquire about the status of my contract since then, but have not received a reply.
