I have lived on this property for only 3 months and my hot water has been out 12+ times. There have been several times where I cannot shower before I go to work. They refuse to do anything about it except for these cheap, temporary fixes. I have many other complaints about this property, but this is the most disruptive one. I have the right to have hot water at all times--this is my basic right. I am counting down the seconds until my lease is up and I can get the hell out of this slum.
