Don't believe ANYTHING posted on their web site. No one is ever in the office, the gate was broken for almost a year and then "jerry-rigged" to work. You can never call and speak to a person (unless its rent due day). On top of all this they are trying to charge late fee's even when you HAVE paid on time. I used to wonder WHY so many empty units were coming available but I SURE DONT ANYMORE.<br />

If you live in the Gardiner ME area DONT rent from this company. Travel to Farmingdale or Chelsea if you have too. It isn't worth the headaches.
