I contacted them to obtain a bond to administer my parents' estate, and after telling me a price, and that I was approved, they said for me to call to set up an appoinment to do paperwork. For 3 weeks after that, I called almost every day, sometimes 2 times a day, but the manager would never return calls . I have never been able to hear back from any one in their office, but was never told a reason why I could not get my bond.
