I am very disappointed with The Train Stop in San Dimas, California. This is my first experience of walking into a shop and having the shop owner reprimand me as if I am one of his employees. Although I do not expect a five star reception, I believe that he should have the basic courtesy of knowing how to communicate tactfully to people of different races and social class. Since, I do not fall into his colour group, I sense that he is not comfortable in serving me, which translates into a tensed and awkward sensation for everyone. It would be definitely easier that stores use a color coded system for each race and limit those areas of customer frictions and conflicts. A win win solution for everyone!
