I have been charged over £212 for gas and electrity from this company. They have never once read my meters and despite my contacting them and telling them that my property is empty during the day and that the gas is timed to come on for only 5hrs per day (turned back on end of October) as due to hot weather from April to October it was not necessary to have the gas on) they still insist that I have to pay this excessive bill and that they are going to approach my local court to have a pre-payment meter put in. I do not know what to do. I am prepared to pay my bill but I am not prepared to pay for excessive use.
