The sales pitch and the product are substantially different. We were told (they are careful not to out any of this in writing) that there would better options than we can receive through our Interval International membership. Every vacation I've researched I can find the same or better price on my own. I've requested two quotes on cruises and have never gotten a response. They present the average vacation price as $499 week. Every vacation I've looked at is at least $700. This average must be figured by adding in the hundreds of cheap vacations in Mexico, where 90% of the bargain vacations are. I feel like this is a scam organization, although because they are careful to be ambiguous and put nothing in writing it is difficult to challenge them. Shame on me for following for it to the tune of $6, 900.
