I was told that I signed up for this service when I applied for a payday loan. This is not true. If people are lead to believe this is the only way they can get a payday loan then that is wrong.
I talked to someone last month and apparently they forgot to submit the cancellation and once again the amount was taken from my account. They also told me I am liable for the amounts that were taken out in previous month.
This is so wrong. I feel sorry that people are desperate to apply for these loans and are charged an additional amount. Please something needs to be done.

Unauthorized Withdrawal
Theft Protect Service has withdrawn money from my account without my authorization. The take the information from other web systems when people do not realize that their little pop up is there. I have lost $65.83 plus overdraft charges because of them. I want my money back.

i want a refund asap
i was charged severial times for a service i never signed up for and i want a refund for every time they debit my checking account with out permission. I want the total refund for this service that i never signed up for asap.and if not i will keep calling till i get my refund. i wonder how this company would like th have their account go to a negitive balance and they don't know who is taking their hard earned money every month.

i did not order this service. they bill my bank for $33.98 and cause me to be overdrawn. i would like to be remburse for the amounts shown here back into my account. the overdraft fee is $25.65 SO THE HOLD TOTAL IS $59.63 THANK YOU VERONICA SMITH

unauthorized debit from checking
Applied to a payday loan company and was denied. Then these people debited my checking account with the info I gave payday loan company. I went to their website to ask for my money back and was told they would notify me in 72 hours IF they decided to give me my money back. I have not yet received a reply.

unauthorized withdrawals from account
i have had several transactions of money withdrawn from my savings account which i have never heard of this company nor did i authirize any withdrawals from my account.My account was withdrawn 31.85 on 3-25-09 i would like the money returned to me. i would like to know what else i can do about this.

This company has debited my account for 31.85. They have presented a false telephone number on the electronic check (1-888-207-3984) I cannot contact them.
