Keep withdrawing money from account and causing overdrafts.
They keep taking $31.85 out of my account causing overdratfts and I want my money and fees back and I want them to stop removing money from my account.

unauthorized bank charge
This was a hidden option in a online payday loan that I requested. I did not authorize this service and do not want it. Futhermore, the $31.85 withdrawn by EFT check #24805 on 01/02/09, I want my $31.85 posted back into my account alone with the $29.00 overdraft charge that I inquired when it was deducted from my account.
I will also file a complaint with the BBB on this matter.

charged 31.85 twice and want my money back
i was charged twice for an id theft service that i didnt want. 31.85 which adds up to 63.70 plus 34.00 overdraft fee for this. i want rerfunded for this unauthorized transaction.

of my bank account for a service I didn't ask for.
They drew out $31.85 and I'm on a fixed income and can not afford that much money to be taken

Unapproved charges to my checking account
I was curious about the payday loans and went through the process and never received this loan but was sure took to the cleaners when mysterious charges started showing on my checking account. I was told that when I filled out the application, that I approved these charges. This is why America is in the shape it is because there is NO customer service anymore, and even your next door neighbor will rip you off. NO TRUST in this world at all anymore. I am demanding a refund of the 2 months charges of 31.85 and I'm sure in my digging I will find more.

Overdraft of funds
Money deducted from checking account last few months did not authorize this and made account become overdrafted. Want the $31.85 put back in account plus the $30.00 overdraft charge.

The same happened to us ! wE did not apply for this service . How dare someone Go Into Our Account & steal our Money! I want my money & charges for this placed back into my account
