I had booked "Magic Bullet" for Rs.1990 a gift for my mother who is turning 70 this month.

When i booked through the net, at one point it said "Not reachable"...and i tried again...i got the same message...

When i checked my HDFC account, i saw both the amounts were deducted...suprising...

When i asked them to refund, on Oct 1st, till date i have not got my refunds...i have placed complaints, , , and they only say "give us 1-2 days"...but till now nothing has happend.

I tried their helpdesk at 91-80-25208795 and just get the message "your call is important for us...please be on the line"...and gives us a number to SMS...i did that too...but all in vain.

I suggest...please do not go to e-shopping because they do good in another field...
