The company charges money for a service (movie downloads) it does not directly provide. The software used is "Vuze" which may be downloaded for free. They claim "unlimited access" to movie downloads "24/7", but this service is not in fact provided by them directly (again, provided by Vuze). They have a customer assistance system to answer questions, but my complaints in this regard have never been answered directly. In the future, I will research such companies more fully, but this company's claim of services is, in fact, fraudulent.
