False advertising on web & in booklets. Concorde Glass ad claims privacy rating of 8. Not true. Our sidelites contain 50% clear glass. Since 2000 we have had 3 different Therma Tru front doors with different glass installed in 3 different houses. Other 2 were as advertised. Archlite is rated as 6 & and in our current house. Both sidelites & door are as advertised. BUT CONCORDE sidelites in our new house must be a 3 not 8. We selected Concorde rather than Archlite based on the Therma Tru code. Therma-tru will not replace the unit or recognize their problem.

7/16/2009 calls to Therma-Tru HQ and Customer Care were worthless. No attempt to resolve their problem nor fix their false advertising.

ACTIONS: We want TT to replace the 2 sidelites & change their advertising.

This is nothing but a case of FALSE ADVERTISING.
