I orderd some men's clothing items for my brother they had 2 items delivered, and although I ordered and paid for expedited delivery my brother (who has permanent brain damage and is in an institution) did not receive all items - rather than the old "customer is always right" they are tracking the items through UPS first - one item was actually canceled (they did not even notify me) and one item was never put in the box, yet they insist upon waiting to track rather than sending these items to my brother, and then tracking - today was his birthday and yesterday was Christmas - it seems money is all that is important - not to mention the fact that these two items were totaled under $10 - how stupid is that - I feel like I got beat or robbed - this store cannot be trusted to follow through - they are unprofessional and cheap - they have insurance on these items they could have sent these things which would have meant a lot to my brother - I will never shop with them again - i would rather buy from a vendor on the street than to be robbed by KMART - shopping at Kmart is NOT SMART
