Worst Business Practices EVER! After being assured that the central vacuuming system I was about to purchase was a "universal fit" I purchased a power brush kit from them. I received the item, IT WAS NOT UNIVERSAL and would not work with my system as promised. I returned the item (of course I had to pay the return shipping) and waited and waitied and waited for my account to be credited. Called to see what was the delay in crediting my account and the representative said "she's processing credits tomorrow). Continued to wait . Check my account and I was credited $43.90 LESS than I should have been credited. Representive claimed that it was a re-stocking fee for an item that was not compatible with my system, even though I was assured it was! SAVE yourself the aggravation...DO NO DO BUSINES with tis company!
