I placed an order for next day air on this site an my product did not ship as it was suppose to. I called and was told I had to wait 24 hrs before anything shiped. Now when i looked on there site it says this about shipping:

We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday to receive expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 1pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.

Now I placed my order at 9:30 am est and paid almost 20 bucks for next day shipping. If you are a company and offer next day shipping it should be next day shipping and not 2 day shipping. When I called the customer service rep said it takes a wholde before they ship. now if that is the case they should not allow next day shipping for people who need curtain items for there business ASAP.
