They advertise genuine Nutone products and sell you generic products that will not work with your Nutone system. They also sold me a "30 ft hose" that measured 28 ft. When brought to their attention, they shipped another 28 ft. hose as replacement. They refuse to refund payment for an item that was not as described and unusable. Buyers beware!
