2nd Avenue Thrift Store, at Franklin Mills Mall, chooses to attach the price tags - on all their products - with staples! The staples often fall off from handling. Also... sales personnel neglect to staple price tags to many items. Many times I have found an item which fits, an item I really want to buy. Customers are not permitted to buy items that are not tagged! Whose fault is this? They flatly refuse to price, tag and sell items without tags... this is not customer service. It is unfair to penalize the customer because the tag either falls off - tags are all over the floor and in the dressing rooms - or they have fallen off, or never were attached. This store needs to change their policy so that they are servicing their customers.
