I booked and stayed for one night B&B in a Premier Executive room instead of the usual deluxe double. Disappointed that the only 'upgrade' from a deluxe was a bigger bed and a sitting room with TV, no fluffy dressing gowns or even complimentary newspapers. The cost was £94 B&B per room. On checking out this morning I was charged £3 to park my car in the hotel carpark! The receptionist did mutter something but I wasn't aware until I saw £97 on the chip and pin machine. When I questioned the charge I was told that it was company policy to charge car parking. I have read the details on the website and no where is the parking charge mentioned. It is not the £3 but the principal that has ticked me off!
