I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Thomas Automotive 2/2008 for, with tax and interest will amount to $32, 500; in December of 2008 the transmission on the car went. The wrap-around warranty I purchased for $2500 when I bought the vehicle apparently is not worth the paper it is written on. Thomas Automotive owner, Thomas Mammolito, does everything in his power to avoid customers after purchase; the shop does shoddy repair work; and if you need a loaner because they can't get to your car for days on end? bring your credit card because you'll have to rent one. After this experience with Thomas Automotive I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. My complaint has gone on to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the NYS Attorney Generals Office.
