I purchased a Notebook (Portege 4010) of Toshiba (in 2003 from Taiwan) and
requested global service (Singapore) to register me for warranty. But, till
today, the global service centre is sending me auto reply "shortly we will
come to you"... Is this the way they serve global customers soon???
