We placed a purchase order two months ago for plastic PP and LDPE with Mr. Kevin Zao, we made a $40, 000 USD down payment and after that, Mr. Zhao started changing delivery dates of our merchandise. Then he asked for us to split our order. Finally we decided to travel to China and visit them. The company does not manufacture, they are a trade company. The general manager is an irresponsible 24 year old kid with no education. They sent us half our order by a shipping company and after paying them the first half now they have cancelled the 2nd part of our order and they still have $20, 000, .- USD of us and promise to give them back until next week. Mr Li is avoiding all responsibility and we are in a terrible situation with our final customers. CAREFUL DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER COMPANY.!!! What they advertise on their webpage is false. They only have a small office in a building in Tianjin (no manufacturing company)!!
