Worst experience ever!

I purchased two dresses from Tidebuy. The first was delivered on time, but the arm holes are so small NO ONE could fit into it. The second dress is still not delivered after two months! I wrote to customer service and was told I could not cancel the order because the dress was half way done. Half way done in two months! If I did cancel I would forfeit over $150.00. They do not care about customer service or delivery - which you would think they would since you are purchasing the dress for a special occasion. And the dress I did get can not be worn. DO NOT purchase from Tidebuy. The prices look good, but that is only because the dresses are poor quality...if you get the dress at all!
