We absolutely fix OUR mistakes. Unfortunately this was your mistake. You did not read your proof and approved it by making payment. How is that our fault? Your invoice clearly stated to read carefully and check for errors because your surfboard would be designed exactly as described on that invoice. I have not once seen you admit that you did not read your proof and failed to correct the mistakes. Yes we admit that we do make errors when transferring order information from email chains. That is why we stress the importance of proof reading the invoice for accuracy.

As for the decal. I sent you a mock-up of exactly what it would look like and you approved it (well your wife did, I never dealt with you) and now you are saying that was wrong as well. Why did she approve it if it was not what you wanted? Again when items are customized the client has to have the responsibility in making sure what we have is correct and that is why we send a very detailed invoice/proof to avoid mishaps. And until now we have gone over 10 years without an incident such as this.

We always have and always will use our clients approved proof to create your order and not long, lengthy and often confusing email chains. That's not a cop out but just our policy.

Because of your 1 negative reviews we are now asking all out clients to leave reviews so future clients can see we do in fact provide stealer customer service as well as products. We are not spamming all reviews you see come from our stoked Tiki Soul clients.

As stated before if any client would like us to supply you with references we will be more than happy to do so. This is a totally isolated incident.
