I have subscribed for the TIME magazine and remitted a sum of Rs.7128/- paid on June 11, 2008, to Living Media India Ltd., New Delhi through my Citibank Credit Card.
While I have received the two Free gifts, I have not received a single copy of the TIME magazine eversince June/ July, 2008. Please look in to the matter and in case there is any difficulty, kindly arrange to REFUND the sum of Rs.7128/- paid to you along with interest @ 24% p.a. immediately.
Non-receipt of any response from your end, will be forcing me to file a complaint against you with the Consumer Grieviance Redressal Forum at your cost and consequences thereof which please note.
