June, 2010 I paid upfront fee to Vacation property network LLC to sell/rent my time share. this company's rep Stacy Adams assured me that many big cooperation are looking into buying timeshare and the company has A-ratinging in BBB. she and her manager also confirmed the sale would be complete by Oct, 2010. now I found out everything from their mouth were lies and i lost my 2 weeks of time share last year. no answers from them after many phone calls, no responses after complaints thru BBB. they also made an unauthorized changes in the contract and used it for the advertisement/dishonoring the contract, which i have the written original as an evidence. this company is in Florida, and I have been in TX when i made an official complaints against this company to BBB. (when i had a contract with this company, I was a CA resident) is it possible to do a small claim in TX as this company is doing a fraud tele-marketing thru-out the states?
