Time Warner installed telephone service with my cable and internet service. Not there fault but they hooked it up to a line that has another number on it. Now internet is slow, cable is o.k. but I can't call out on phoned and nobody can call in. I'm new to the computer but I can't get them on the Internet to advise about the problem! This is not good when I need a phone because of ill health of mine, my daughters, and my grandaughters health. No matter what I tried I cann't get them to help me on line. Any suggestions readers?
