I can honestly say that in my 47 years I have never encountered a business with such horrible customer service. And their exchange practices are fraudulent. How they can legally collect membership fees and use someone's weeks and then blatantly ignore requests for exchanges is beyond me. No one I know will ever purchase a membership with II.
