Well, this sucks. no necklaces! i responded to another reviewer to find out if anyone made any progress seeking legal action. i have not seen any replies. i tried to contact Jeanine through 2 of her myspace accounts, her facebook and her company e-mail. i was just shy of sending her a snail mail letter. so after she refused to communicate, i contacted paypal. i'm so glad i did it when i did! i called at the 40th day since ordering. if i had waited another 5 days, they wouldn't have been able to help me. through PayPal, NOT Jeanine (tinycravings.com) i was able to get my money back. they sent a request for order update to Jeanine Haddad and if she did not respond in 10 days, they would put the money back in my account (if she had enough in her's to replace it). so, i have my money back but JEANINE HADDAD and TINYCRAVINGS.COM RUINED CHRISTMAS! my wife was so disappointed when i showed her what i TRIED to get her. (and had PAID to get her.) c'est la vie! maybe i'll make one myself. (and after seeing a couple customer pics, i noticed the finished pieces were not as nice as the product shots.)
