Broken clip on wheel-center trim. Expensive to replace. Broken component thrown into trunk. Spare wheel replaced in trunk but incorrect lock-down nut used. No offer of refund or compensation for screw-up. Falken tires have allied themselves with losers for retail outlet, I believe.
