I need to speak to someone. I hate that I cannot get someone on the phone.

January 8th 2010 I was in the sears store for a warranty tire. I spoke to the manufacterer of the tire and they told me to deal with sears. I went to the burlington location. I had the tire looked at and we both spoke to the manufacturer. They said they were going to warranty the tire. On the 28th of January i went back to the store. SAME BULL CRAP story no tire. It hasnt come in yet said BOB. The next day the same story. I called the manufacturer again ant they told me the tire was never ordered. WHY. I called the GM of the store PAUL and he told me he was going to look into it. SERIOUSLY where is my tire.
