i pay all the bills - when i got statement from cc co today - i noticd another $14.00 charge on it - i asked my husband he knew nothing of it - i called the co - they said they have done this since last may for a total of $104.93 - i told the co - we never authorized this - i wanted to hear my husbands voice on tape authorizing it - all they could say they would mail me a transcript of the conversation - anybody can make that up - this co is a fraud - then they t3ll me they can only refund 3 months of charges now - and then i have to fax a letter over to exec. support dept requesting the difference of $44.97 and then wait - when sending fax the recording says they c an't send a receipt for the fax - yeah that's so you have no proof you send it - then i type in google to see what this company is about since we never heard of it and i see this company is doing this to everyone - it must be stopped - this is illegal anad they are getting away with it - if he wasn't standing right beside me when i opened the mail and i questioned it - i probably would of kep0-t paying it every month - how many other people are they doing this to?? this company needs to be investigated and stopped - they are a fraud and it is illegal...
