Charges in the amount of 15.74 have been showing up on our Visa billing for a year... Phoned TLG who said it was a Canadian shopping channel named AIS These people deny knowing anything about it and referred us to this complaint area. TLG did say it would not show up on our visa bill anymore Would like to retrieve all past payments if possible.
