Joined VIP 505381928773512131 NY in August and paid what I was told as a one time fee. Since that time my bank acctount has had monthly EFT charges of $11.99 withdrawn on 9/8/2010 &10/7/2010. I request an immediate halt as I am a college student on limited income.
