Brought in a convection oven that stopped working (of course right after the warranty ended) and it was fixed in a few days. For some reason it stopped working several weeks later so I brought it back in and they fixed it for me at no cost! What great customer service.

Called on Thursday, dropped it off on Friday, had it back Saturday morning...compared to buying a comparable counter top microwave, I saved $$. Technician at TMG Appliance Repair Sheepshead Bay is beyond gracious and accurately diagnosed the issue within about 20 seconds of my walking in the door. C'mon people, do your part to fight planned obsolescence.
