after (waiting in on time given ) on waiting for my i phone to be delivered, i gave plenty extra time, i then phoned to see why it hasent arrived after TAKING TIME OF WORK, that it wasent coming till following day because of a delay, if knowing this information why was i not informed of this as my work is looking afer vunerable people in the community i think this is totaly unaceptable as i could of carried on with my duties and took time off when needed, i now have the inconvinience of finding someone to sit in again tommorow, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST U FOR A PHONE CALL ???its cost me a lot more .very angry customer of a 4 contract customer .
