My friend has sent a Parcel on 09-Dec-2008 from Netherlands to me(India). Still i did not receive the Parcel. The documents in the parcel are very very urgent to me. The TraXity/Express service has said initially that the parcel will be reached in 3-4 working days but it is still pending.

***This is the worst service i have ever seen***.

If there is an chance to claim on TraXity/Express i would claim ten time the loss i am bearing i.e 2, 00, 000 INR.
