I have a Toastmaster Breadmachine; model 1185. I pulled it out to use it this morning. I am not sure where my manual is and I needed to know if it has a 1 or 1 1/2 pound capacity. I thought this information would be easy to find on the internet so I searched everywhere for about 45 minutes with no success. Trying to locate information on Toastmaster products has been horrific. I did find a website that had a toll free number. I called it and it said it was disconnected and gave me another toll free number. I called it. After about 10 minutes of waiting I got someone and they said they only sell commercial products and gave me another toll free number to call. I called it. Another wait; not as long; and a woman came on and I tried to ask the question and she told me I had to call yet another toll free number. I called that number and I think it is somewhere in Canada. They said they were experiencing unusually heavy calling (seems that is always happening). It suggested I call back later. Or if I wanted to stay on the line to hit 1. I hit 1. Then it went to voice mail for me to leave a message. I left a message as to what I was trying to find out but wonder if I will ever hear anything. So far nothing.
