Spent £70 on items told they would take 7-8 working days to arrive waited 10 working days still not arrived, emailed the company no reply emailed on the next day finally got a reply the following day and all they said was because of the length of time the parcel was properly with customs and that i wouldn't get it, i asked for my money back and they just replied with i should read their terms and conditions about customs for my country which i did and there wasnt anything about customs, this site needs closing down before any one else gets caught, i am fumng mad and would like my money back as it is hard enough to earn it.
