Saw a debit on my bank account for $24.95 and have had problems with them before. I called the phone # 1-888-243-6178 to find out how I got back on their SCAM! They ask for your account number, phone number or the credit card number it was charged to. I was not going to give them any information, so blocked my phone # and called back. They told me I have had it since 1/2010, but went back and look at my bank charges, and have not been charged. They said they would cancel as of today. I wanted to know how I got on it, and wanted the credit immediately. They transferred me to another person who said he could not give me credit for this month. I told him I would file a complaint on the site that I got the phone number reporting them as a scam. He agreed to refund my charges. Make sure you get the name, confirmation # and date. They will keep charging you even though you called and canceled unless you have the confirmation number!!!
