Crediting my 17-year-old son's new bank account. He didn't even know what the charge was. Cancelled it once before and still came back and charged again. Caused my son to experience overdraft fees. I called to find out what the $19.95 was for and they said savings. So you pay 19.95 to save? Can you say scam?
